Want to Run for Office?
The 56th ADC has 2 state level offices (56th assembly member and 30th state senator) and 1 congressional (House/38th CD) representative. Candidates for these 3 elected partisan offices can be endorsed by the LAGOP (in March 2026) and CAGOP, if a candidate asks for that endorsement via the 56th ADC.
There are a large number of city council, school board and other agency positions that are officially designated as non-partisan. However, we can support non-partisan candidates if they are registered Republicans.
